Natural gas boiler heating
Natural gas boilers are a practical and cost-effective option for powering hydronic underfloor heating systems. They are compact, reliable and suitable for a wide range of applications, from residential homes through to larger commercial projects. In some areas, natural gas may also be one of the most readily available heating options.
Hydronic underfloor heating works by circulating heated water through pipes installed beneath the floor. This creates a consistent, comfortable radiant heat throughout the space. The boiler is responsible for heating the water before it is circulated through the system.
Installation
Gas boilers can be installed either externally or internally, depending on the property and available space. Internal installations require the boiler to be correctly flued to the outside.
The required gas, electrical and drainage services need to be available close to the proposed boiler location. Correct positioning of these services helps ensure the installation can be completed efficiently.
